1. Complete the directions onWylie ISD District Enrollment page. Theonline processmust be done to enroll your student/s at Wylie High School. The application process for theyear will begin inMid-Julyand we will work through them as quickly as possible.

2. Once all documents are received and a Registrar has processed all documents, you will receive a phone call to schedule an intake appointment to meet with your student’s counselor to select classes.

3. The process will go quickly if all documents are uploaded as requested in the New student Online Enrollment).Please bring these required documents with you to your counselor meeting.

• Proof of Residency– Current gas, water, or electric bill in parents/guardian's name or Contract/Lease agreement.

• Student's Birth Certificate

• Student's Immunizations(required if moved from another state or country)

• Student's Social Security card

• The parent or legal guardian ID

• Report Cardortranscriptfrom every school the student has attended

New Student Online Enrollment Tutorial(en español)

The Wylie Independent School District Online Student Registration for the upcoming school year will open in late July.

Family Access is a secure, real-time, internet-based service that will provide your student's grades and attendance, demographic and emergency information, health information, discipline, standardized test scores and much more. Family Access is a free service and will be available to all parents with children enrolled in the district.

Family Access requires a login name and password; you can use the same login/password as last year. Click here to login toFamily Access. If you have forgotten your login name or password, a link on the login page will allow you to enter your email address and your credentials will be emailed to you. If you changed your email address from last year you will need to contact one of your children's schools. Student Online Registration works best from a full size computer.

Wylie ISD is committed to security and to your privacy; we cannot, therefore, make changes to your account over the telephone. Any changes will require you to visit one of your children's schools and show a photo ID.

OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT REQUESTS

• Current 11th and 12th graders will request any transcripts on Naviance:How to Order a Transcript in Naviance

• Underclassmen (9th - 10th) may request an unofficial transcript through their counselors' office or print one via Skyward.

Important Information Regarding Transcript Request:

• Allow 5 school days for requests to be processed and mailed.
• Most requests, during the academic school year for college applications within Texas, will be sent electronically and should arrive within the three-day processing time.

• Requests for schools outside of Texas during the school year, or requests for Final Transcripts, will be processed and mailed within three days. However, it is then up to the receiving institution to complete their process. This could take several weeks. You may receive emails stating a transcript has not arrived. These are normally sent untilthe institution has processedthe transcript, not because it was not sent.

• Requests cannot be taken by phone. The form must be completed and submitted.

• Transcripts will not be sent via fax or email.

Verification of Enrollment Form is needed to obtain a learner’s permit, a driver’s license, to renew a driver’s license, and for driver’s education courses. To qualify for the VOE form, a student must be in compliance with the 90% attendance rule during the fall or spring semesters immediately preceding the date of application for the form.

• Please understand that it can take up to 3 school days to honor your request.
• Please only submit one request.
• The VOE is valid for 30 days from date of issue.
• This is for Wylie High School students only.
• You must be at least 15 years old to request this for your driver's permit/ driver's license.
• Credit Recovery hours MUST be completed before a VOE will be issued.
• VOE's will need to be picked up from the Attendance Office.

For all students leaving Wylie High School, a withdrawal form is required.

WITHDRAWAL FORM

All students must turn in all Wylie High School equipment, such as Chromebook, case, charger, student ID, any library books, and/or any club or activity uniforms owned by Wylie High School. If not received, there charges are as follows:

• Chromebook: $280.00
• Case: $20.00
• Charger: $ 30.00
• Library: Price of book not returned
• Other Uniforms:Price of uniform per activity
