If I could give no stars I would. This is the worst Pharmacy I have ever been to! Every time I need a prescription filled it takes forever, or even if I drop off new prescriptions. I called this evening after dropping off prescriptions earlier today and 5 hours later they said they havent even started on them yet and asked me if I wanted them to get them started?! Are you serious??? Yes! I still havent even recieved a prescription my DR put in for me 3 weeks ago. I even heard a worker behind the counter say that it was the worst company to work for and that if we wanted to complain I could go ahead but no one will do anything about it. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra miles.
11/10/19Pharmacy staff needs to learn a thing or 2 about customer service. Dropped scripts off at 130. Was told they would be ready by 5. Waited in drive thru for 35 minutes only to be told Can you come back tomorrow? It isnt ready yet and we are supposed to be closedLaat month we were told they had to order the script to come back in 3 days. Came back in 3 days and was told once again they had to order it to come back in 3 days. Went back the 3rd time and guess what? They still didnt have it in.11/11/19Received a text stating my prescriptions were ready at 9:33am I get there at 1215 sit in drive thru until 12:30. Only to be told 1 is ready and there will be a wait on the other. Absolutely ridiculous. I will go to a pharmacy 10 miles away rather than come back to this one less than a mile from my house.
Rude pharmacy staff! And they take forever! Better off going to Walgreens. Id rather pay $55 then come back to this CVS on Nicholas Parkway. They should really consider hiring new employees who arent so rude and are willing to help customers by just answering simple questions.
Literally the worst pharmacy staff I have ever encountered. I have strep throat mind you I am contagious until 24 hours after take my medicine and I have a 1 in a half year old screaming in the back seat. But hey thats not their fault, but the perscription was called in at 8:50 a.m and it is now almost 1 and I have no medication... i call twice and the first time it sounded like an older lady and she gave me attitude and proceeded to tell me she does not know the cost of it but it should be ready in an hour or so. This call was at 9:20 a.m so I call again at 11:30 and they tell me 30 minutes so I go in qt 12:20 and they tell me it isny ready and I explain to the young lady they said 30 minutes last time and it was sent in at 8:50 a.m My son has no shirt on or shoes and I have no shoes cause hey they have a drive through and I have step and my baby has an ear infection (which we had the same issue getting his medicine yesterday) and the lady asks me to wait in the store... long story short Send your prescriptions elsewhere.
Absurd, CVS should shut this store down! I had to switch from W.Greens with my new Ins Co this past Jan 2019. I have been putting up with Crap service since, they blamed it on Snow Birds but after May service still sucked. Corporate must not care they are making big $ treating people like cattle. No notification when RX is ready Text or otherwise, days late on refills, text saying RX ready when it was not, I can go on and on. Simply the PITTS. Pain to transfer but I cant take it anymore so 2 more customers GONE.... Screw You CVS
HORRIBLE staff at pharmacy! So rude and unhelpful I was not aware that answering customers questions was not part of their job description! Brittany was who I spoke with and she had an attitude the entire time. Unfortunately, our insurance has stopped using Walgreens and now uses CVS. We were always happy with Walgreens customer service. They could have had a regular customer instead I would rather go to Walgreens for anything I need and be treated with respect. The logo at the pharmacy says pharmacists who care lol they are nothing but rude. Hopefully it is just this location and I can try another one and be treated better.
I showed up at 8:20 pm last night, needed some emergency prescription because i got out of the urgent care by 7:50pm. Lady tells me hold on a while. So I am standing there for no less than 5 minutes and she tells me that she is busy (mind you they close at 9) and that she wouldnt be able to get me what i need by 9 (their closing time). I look around and see 1 guy waiting in the chair sitting there and no one else. Lady named Donna then tells me I may as well go to their competitor walgreens minutes from there because she will not help me.Ok well I go to the walgreens because it was 3 minutes from there. show up, same thing, no line but they close at 10pm so I was expecting to wait a while based on my CVS experience. Lady takes the script and I kid you not, 5 minutes later I am out the door with my medicine.Are you telling me that what took walgreens 5 minutes CVS could not do?
What an amazing place to print pictures. Maria helped me out every step of the way and my pictures came out in less then 5 minutes! I didnt thinm this was possible. Super friendly and time efficient. Will be coming back to print pictures. Oh and good deals too. Got 2 big packs of pistachios for 9 dollars.
Pharmacy staff RUDE .. I went in on Saturday to get my sons prescription filled I walked in the store at 5:50 pm walked directly to pharmacy counter stood at the counter for 4 minutes the lady behind the counter ignored my presense and kept locking up the windows she finally came to the counter to informed me they were closed I said what time do you close she said 6:00pm I said what time is it she said 6:02 pm. I told her I just need to drop this prescription off because its going to be something you need to order. She said well you can being it back tomorrow morning at 10:00 am she then turned her back to me. CUSTOMER SERVICE ??
Horrible Pharmacy staff have no clue about price increase in RX ever since they Took over Aetna Ins company, when I asked about the increase in price they told me at the pharmacy Register “IF YOU DONT LIKE THE PRICE GO ELSEWHERE “ So I found a local pharmacy not in Bed with an INSURANCE COMPANY On Hanco*ck Br Pkwy Near Del Prado almost $20.00 cheaper for the same RX I guess they need the CVS customers to help pay off the 69 BILLION THEY SPENT BUYING OUT AETNASee for yourself if you use them .... My opinion is stated and RX Dispensing is out of control in America They Need Government Regulation
The worst pharmacy ever,Ive used for almost a year now and I take a few prescriptions, I used Walgreens for years but with my new insurance I have to use CVS,today once again my prescriptions are not all ready and you always have to wait in line,when I called yesterday it said all ready one in progress so I figured I would wait a day well just like always it still was not filled the rest were ready the pharmacist said I can get it ready if you wait,I said will I have to wait in the line again and she said yes this happens all the time never had this with Walgreens and the prices on everything in the store is priced way to high.This was the first year Ive gotten a bad cold and its probably from waiting at that darn pharmacy its not the cleanest store I am changing even if I have to pay more
Always have my elderly parents prescriptions ready when I arrive. Pleasant staff!
Actually very unfortunate that on three occasions this month I had to resort to this pharmacy and three times they have treated me very badly in the pharmacy area. It is good that anyone has a bad time but three times they are too rude in the Pharmacy area and do not complain because they swallow you in a very sinic way.
